These rules are to ensure the safe and comfortable conditions for everyone. If you do not follow these rules charges may apply, or you may be asked to leave. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the properties NEVER remove smoke detectors off the ceiling. Do not cover smoke alarms with glad wrap. (Charges apply for tampering with any fire safety equipment) Put cigarette butts in containers provided, NOT on ground or in garden beds No storage of empty bottles in accommodation. Place in bins for recycling, or return to bottle exchange Use bins provided. Do not leave rubbish uncovered Put wheelie bins out for collection on designated days Turn off all lights, electronic devices and air-conditioners when you are not home Do not use sticky tape on walls or furniture Do not put hot pans onto tables or other furniture Do not put metal in microwaves they will explode Close all doors & windows when you use air conditioners (for heating & cooling) Close windows when you go out in case of rain No food or drinks in bedrooms Do not flush wipes or sanitary pads in toilets. Please dispose of in bins Do not block any exits with furniture FURNITURE: Do not move, or remove provided furniture All properties are furnished - Do not bring your own furniture without prior approval. PROPERTY DAMAGE: Notify property manager of any damage and breakages. Charges may apply to repair damage. LINEN: Please use clean linen on beds. Wash sheets weekly NOISE: Respect our neighbours, keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 7am Before you place clothes in washing machines please empty pockets of coins and clean off excess mud. Do not overload machine PARKING: Be considerate of our neighbours. Do not park over, or in front of driveways, or on footpaths. SECURITY: Please lock your properties when you are not home. Do not leave valuables or expensive shoes in the open. EXIT INSPECTION: When you vacate, our property manager will inspect your room for cleanliness and damage. Security deposits will be refunded to your account, less any cleaning/repair charges. BAGGAGE STORAGE: If you are leaving for a holiday and plan to return to our accommodation, baggage storage may be available. Please check with the property manager.
